Our five star quality catering is prepared by our In – House Chefs, and includes an extensive range of International Cuisine. Only the freshest of ingredients are used.

Our all-inclusive packages are based upon a minimum number of guests. Please see the table below for minimum and maximum room numbers. All of the attached packages include the following:

Chairman’s Lounge – Located on the top level of the new grand stand the Chairman’s Lounge offers clients the ultimate in comfort and viewing with access to open air terraced seating.

Corporate Suites – These suites offer clients privacy whilst delivering spectacular views of the race track action from the outside terraces and the picturesque surroundings of Club Menangle.
Miracle Mile Restaurant/Function Room – This elevated room in the newly completed grand stand has open air balcony access and outdoor reserved seating access.conferences

Tanyia Harris Marquee – Situated mid way down the home straight this marquee offers direct access to the private enclosed lawn reserve.

Lawn Marquee – View the racing action from the covered track side decking of the marquee, guests can enjoy the carnival atmosphere of racing.

Parade Ring Terrace – This covered open air terrace overlooks the pre-race parade circle for the horses and has adjoining reserved trackside seating adjacent to the winning post.
